Who we are
Rhino Agency Systems, trading as Rhino Agency, is a creator marketing agency based in Jakarta and Islamabad. This policy explains how information submitted through rhinoas.com is handled.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company, project details, budget and timeline. We also receive the information you choose to include in your message. If you subscribe to Rhinewsletter, we store your email address, signup time and newsletter consent.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, reply to you, arrange a call, prepare relevant recommendations and manage a potential client relationship. With your consent, we also use your email to send the weekly Rhinewsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or request removal by emailing us. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and retention
Website enquiries are stored in Rhino's restricted private editor. If no working relationship develops, enquiry information is normally removed within 12 months. Information may be kept longer when required for an active client relationship, legal record or legitimate business need.
Services and external links
Rhino uses website hosting and communication providers to operate the site. If you book through Calendly or open a social platform, that service processes information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
Rhino does not currently use advertising or public analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used to deliver and protect the website. The newsletter popup uses session storage to remember when you close it or subscribe during your visit. This preference is not used for advertising. This policy will be updated if analytics or advertising tools are introduced.
Your choices
